This is an electro magnetic multiple pickup system for an acoustic grand piano, I believe, developed and used by Elton John in the Seventies. On paper this piece of kit is a dichotomy, but used with the c-ducers and mics we have achieved very good and powerful results. 

This is not really available on its own as only a few people around the world are familiar with it.
